Kimberly De La Cruz

Kimberly De La Cruz is an accomplished journalist and communications expert with a diverse background spanning various industries. She began her career in journalism at the Las Vegas Review-Journal, where she quickly rose from general assignment reporter to esteemed entertainment columnist. Recognized by the Nevada Press Association for her outstanding work, Kimberly then transitioned to the world of public relations, assuming the role of head of PR for a leading global tech company. In this capacity, she led a dynamic team of PR and social media specialists across Las Vegas, managing agency partnerships across multiple continents.


Simultaneously, Kimberly served as the spokesperson for a prominent dating site, representing the brand in high-profile media appearances across New York, Los Angeles and London. Her media engagements ranged from television and radio interviews to features in renowned publications such as Bloomberg, Business Insider, and Forbes. Notably, she was featured on The Portal podcast with Eric Weinstein, showcasing her expertise in the industry.


In addition to her media appearances, Kimberly played a pivotal role in managing outside productions involving the brands she represented, collaborating with outlets such as BBC, 60 Minutes and VICE. Her passion for storytelling and her unique perspective on communications stem from her broad experiences, which have afforded her insight into various facets of the industry.

Jessica Balding

 Jessica Balding had been in and around the United States Air Force for over 19 years. In that time, she was stationed in awe-inspiring places both amazing and difficult. She leveraged her active duty experience into an additional career as a contractor where she was able to train the next generation of war-fighters and subsequently carved out a fantastic niche where she got to remain on the radio, directing pilots, advising controllers, maintaining safety procedures and continue being an operator. From the largest 200+ aircraft live and virtual Flag-level events, to the smallest 2v2 Air-to-Air dogfight, she enjoys every thing about her time spent in the service.


Jessica brings a level of non-traditional communications processes and thinking to an ever-changing media environment ensuring Lady Luck and its clients are on the forefront of any and all new evolving needs they require for their businesses.

  • Creation and implementation of public relations strategy at start of relationship, then every 90-days thereafter
  • Continuous media outreach
  • Creation of all press outreach needs, including press releases and pitches
  • Guidance and creation of company press kit at start of relationship, then annually thereafter 
  • Bring and build relevant media relationships 
  • Spokesperson media training
  • Weekly client meetings

Single event public relations services start at $500 and can include:

  • Creation of press release announcement(s)
  • Creation of camera call announcement(s)
  • Management of all media relations two weeks before event, during the event and one week after the event
  • Event attendance
  • Bring and build relevant media relationships 
  • Media training for event spokesperson
  • *For Las Vegas clients: on-site attendance during all in-person interviews
